- Wrigleyville is home to rooftop bleachers, where private building owners have bleachers on their rooftops for people to watch Chicago Cubs games.
- The popular McDonald’s across from Wrigley Field on Waveland Avenue is set to close on March 1, 2016. It will reopen inside a new hotel at the same location. According to the Chicago Cubs, the boutique hotel will have 180 rooms, retail, food and beverage options.
