Plant Pop Up Shop Coming to 422-424 Melrose!
Residents of 422-424 Melrose, 3240 N Lake Shore, 3260 & 3270 N Lake Shore and Cornelia & Stratford, join us for a plant pop up shop Thursday, July 30th from 4-6:30 pm at 422-424 Melrose. Social distancing and masks will be required.

We’re thrilled to announce that Hero Coffee Bar will be opening in the first floor of 2950 N Sheridan in early 2018! This will be their fourth location, with others in the Loop, Roscoe Village, and Bucktown.

2950 North Sheridan has new furniture on it’s 20th and 6th floor outdoor terraces.
The sixth floor outdoor terrace includes an urban garden, outdoor kitchens and fire patio.

Chicago Tribune interviews Wirtz Senior Vice President Don Vitek regarding 2950 N Sheridan
Wirtz Senior Vice President Don Vitek was interviewed by the Chicago Tribune last week regarding our newest property, 2950 North Sheridan.
When asked why this is a good time to build a new high-end building, Vitek said, “If you know the value of Lakeview, its proximity to the city but its more community feel and its open spaces, parks, proximity to the lakefront, the great schools, we really felt like there was a demand for some newer property that has more of the amenities and more of the luxury finishes and the floor-to-ceiling glass that people are getting downtown.”

Driveway
We are excited to announce the completion of our new driveway at 3240 N Lake Shore Drive. The work is scheduled to be completed on December 9. Thank you for bearing with us over the last couple of months while we worked to improve our entry/exit points into the garage.
Landscaping
We are preparing to add new landscaping to the perimeters of 3240 and 3260/70 Lake Shore Drive. These improvements are scheduled to take place in February. We will be planting perennials in a new mulch bed. We will also add pavers to go with the new fencing that is currently going up along Melrose, down Lake Shore Drive and along Aldine.

As many of you have noticed, we have installed Pressbox in the laundry room at 3000 N Sheridan. They’ll pick up your clothes and notify you when they’ve received them and when they’re ready. You can pick up your items at anytime at the same location you dropped them off at.
